I can advise you about running your practice, giving new insight into problems you are having. It is amazing how discussions with another professional can help. I can help in the training of your young lawyers, helping them to understand the business of the law. I have successfully taken over another practice and have survived the decimation of the legal aid system. I can assist in many ways.

I can help a busy principal in checking up on junior staff. I can spend a day reviewing a random selection of files making sure that their work is being done properly and economically and in compliance with all appropriate professional requirements.
Mentoring
Some lawyers just need an independent fellow professional to talk to. I can help to revitalise your assistant solicitors or the weak members of your partnership team by working with them on a one-to-one basis.
